What is the maximum capacity?
Up to 250 guests in the main garden, both for a seated banquet and for a cocktail reception. The other spaces have their own capacities: the ceremony area holds 100 people, the terrace 80 and the cocktail area 60.
Is the venue rental exclusive?
Yes. The rental is private use and covers every area of the hacienda: only your event occupies the property that day. Adjoining properties are not part of the rental.
What happens if it rains?
A marquee can be set up. We'll go through it with you when defining the layout.
Does the hacienda have lodging?
Yes: 11 rooms for up to 24 people within the property, intended for the hosts, close family, special guests or the organising team.
Can I schedule a visit before booking?
Yes. We arrange a visit beforehand so you can see the spaces before deciding — message us on WhatsApp or by email.
How long does setup take?
Setup takes place on the day of the event between 7:00 and 18:00, and takedown happens the following day until 1:00 p.m.
How do I hold a date?
By signing the contract and paying a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is settled 30 days before the event. We accept cash, bank transfer and card.
Is furniture included?
No. The rental covers the hacienda's spaces; furniture, staging, generator, decoration, lighting, sound and DJ are contracted separately.
Is there parking?
Yes, open-air parking within the property, with room for 50 vehicles.
Are photo shoots allowed?
Yes. The hacienda hosts editorial and photo shoots, as well as pre-wedding and post-wedding celebrations.
Do you allow pets?
No, the hacienda is not pet friendly.
Are security or an ambulance included?
They are not included in the rental. If your event requires them, they are contracted separately and at the client's expense.
Where is the hacienda located?
In Baca, Yucatán, 45 minutes from downtown Mérida and 58 km from Mérida international airport.
