Who is responsible for your data
Servicios Turísticos Hacienda Zamna, located at Carretera Baca–Timul Km. 2, Baca, Yucatán, C.P. 97450, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data you share through this site.
What data we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: name, phone or WhatsApp, email address, and your event details (type, estimated date, approximate number of guests, services of interest and estimated budget). This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools.
How we use it
To answer your request, prepare a quote, schedule a visit and follow up commercially. We use it for no other purpose.
Who we share it with
With our technology provider. This site and the commercial follow-up are operated by Axovia, the agency working for Hacienda Zamná, which processes your data solely on our behalf and for the purposes described above. We do not sell your data or transfer it to third parties for any other purpose, except where the law requires it or you expressly authorise it.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, cancellation of, or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to reservaciones@haciendazamna.com. We will reply through the same channel.
